UNFCCC: Executive Director Simon Stiell set for second term.

Simon Stiell, head of the UN Climate Change Secretariat UNFCCC, is to remain in office for a further three years. The contract extension is to be announced in July. Stiell leads the UN agency amid financial concerns in times of growing tensions and shrinking budgets for climate and development.
