Oettinger: 'It is insane not to report EU debt'

As Budget Commissioner, Günther Oettinger was the architect of the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for the years 2021 to 2027 at the time. On the occasion of the mid-term review, he urges in an interview with Markus Grabitz that the revenues from ETS 1 and 2 must flow into the EU budget.
