The tasks of these "digital services coordinators" will be diverse, the coordination effort considerable and the requirements high. But so far it is completely unclear who is to take on the task in Germany.

In an interview with China.Table, the 52-year-old fears that free societies are becoming far too dependent on corporations and governments, whose offerings of digital infrastructure make us feel like we are a part of innovation.
