'The EU should prepare for climate migration within'

The scientist and book author Benjamin Schraven does not think much of the thesis that the number of refugees to Europe will increase by leaps and bounds because of climate change. Instead, the EU member states must prepare for more climate migration within Europe. But so far, they still seem very careless.
