Ukraine: Donald Trump's 'final offer' demands heavy concessions.

The Trump administration has submitted a seven-point proposal aimed at ending Russia's war in Ukraine. The response to the proposal, which is largely to the detriment of Ukraine, has been negative. Foreign Minister Marco Rubio therefore canceled a trip to London.
