Russia: Why Berlin is blocking the 14th sanctions package

EU states are making another attempt to agree on the 14th sanctions package against Russia during a special meeting of their ambassadors on Friday. During Wednesday’s meeting, the German government raised last-minute objections to a kind of no-Russia clause.
