Hearings of the Commissioners-designate likely to start on Nov. 4

The European Parliament's committees are expected to begin the hearings of the commissioner-designates on Nov. 4. Before that, the candidates' declarations on financial and personal interests will be reviewed for potential conflicts with their assigned portfolios.
