Foreign policy: Why the EU remains cautious despite the partial lifting of Chinese sanctions.

China has lifted sanctions against four MEPs. However, former parliamentarians and actors such as Merics are still on the sanctions list. There is also criticism of a lack of transparency on the part of the EU Parliament leadership.
