EUDR: Why the second round of negotiations could lead to an agreement

The negotiations between the Council and Parliament on the postponement of the EU Anti-Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) are entering their second and probably final round. The chances of reaching an agreement have improved significantly since the first meeting.
