Bureaucracy reduction: Standards Control Council calls for Germany to play a stronger role

The Regulatory Control Council is calling for the next German government to have "clear responsibilities" in order to help reduce bureaucracy in Brussels. In addition, EU projects should be examined for their bureaucratic cost implications for Germany. The EU ex-ante procedure must be restructured.
