Bureaucracy: Commission to reduce burden on companies with up to 500 employees.

The EU Commission wants to reduce bureaucracy, especially for smaller companies. In return, more companies are to benefit from exemptions for SMEs in the future, for example with regard to data protection. Critics say the initiative does not go far enough.
