Before Berlin visit: Macron defends ground troops initiative

Ahead of his visit to Berlin today, Friday, French President Emmanuel Macron defended his statements on ground troops in Ukraine on Thursday evening. He also took a swipe at German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
