Additional EV tariffs: which investments in the EU could now fall through

Beijing is taking steps against the EU's additional tariffs on Chinese EVs at the World Trade Organization. The EU Commission defends its decision, but still sees a possible solution. China is said to have warned its car manufacturers against investing in EU countries.
