Finnish security expert calls for more EU cooperation on hybrid attacks

The suspected act of sabotage at the Air Force barracks in Cologne-Wahn heightens fears of hybrid attacks. There has also been a series of break-ins at waterworks in Finland. Finnish security expert Minna Ålander from the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA) calls for more European cooperation.
