Von der Leyen II: The European Greens' capability of forming a coalition

After the European elections, the Greens want to have a say in the personnel tableau and the substantive guidelines in the new mandate. EPP leader Manfred Weber fears that there is too little common ground. There could be a dispute over these issues.
