US Secretary of Defense Hegseth outlines Ukraine peace negotiations in Brussels

Following a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump has announced that they have agreed to start peace negotiations on Ukraine immediately. Almost simultaneously, his Secretary of Defense presented the US administration's plans during his first appearance at NATO headquarters.
