Ukraine: EU wants to take first steps toward training mission

According to EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell, the EU will train Ukrainian military personnel in the future, possibly in areas such as logistics, military health care and protection against nuclear or chemical weapons. However, details are not yet clear.
