PINC: Nuclear revolution thanks to lifetime extension

The EU Commission has presented a new Nuclear Illustrative Program (PINC) and significantly increased its forecast for the expansion of nuclear energy in Europe. However, the most important condition of the nuclear revival is far-reaching lifetime extensions.
