Packaging Regulation: Parliament votes in November

The EU Parliament's Environment Committee has adopted its report on the Packaging Regulation, and the plenary is due to vote in November. It is uncertain whether the trilogue negotiations will be concluded before the European elections. The German government wants to address issues such as reusable systems now.
