Foreign policy strategy: "Strategic Compass" with strong cyber component

The EU wants to significantly expand its fight against cyberattacks, disinformation campaigns, and other "hybrid threats". This emerges from the draft of the new foreign policy strategy discussed at the Council meeting of EU foreign ministers on Monday.
