EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs explores symbolic step against Orbán

Following Viktor Orbán's recent escapades, the EU Commission announced on Monday evening that it would no longer send commissioners to informal ministerial meetings during Hungary's presidency of the Council. However, the Foreign Affairs Commissioner is sounding out another measure among the member states.
