Dispute over CO2 fleet limits: e-fuels until ban on combustion SUVs

The range of amendments in the EU Parliament on CO2 fleet limits for cars and small vans is huge. They range from a phase-out of internal combustion vehicles in 2030 and a ban on internal combustion SUVs from 2025 to a strategy for e-fuels.
