DG Energy: Rethinking financing through network charges

In a 72-page briefing for the new Energy Commissioner Dan Jørgensen, the Directorate-General for Energy provides an outlook on the policy for the new legislature. One focus will be energy security. The Commission is even considering tariffs on gas and nuclear fuel from Russia.
