Climate policy: waiting for REACH

Most of this EU Commission's climate legislation has already been negotiated. Some proposals are still in the trilogue and should be finalized in the coming weeks. And then there is the postponed revision of the Chemicals Regulation, which is likely to make for difficult negotiations.
