Amnesty in Spain: emotional debate in Parliament

The European Parliament is having an emotional debate about the planned, controversial Spanish amnesty law. EPP group leader Manfred Weber criticizes that Pedro Sánchez has broken the principle of the rule of law out of selfishness. At the same time, Sánchez's new cabinet is taking shape.
