Ukraine meeting in Istanbul: Why the ball is in Trump's court.

After much back and forth, the ceasefire talks between Ukraine and Russia will only begin today, Friday, in Istanbul. Without Vladimir Putin and now also without Volodymyr Zelenskiy. Hopes for an early end to the fighting dwindled on Thursday.
