NGO contracts: Head of the Committee on Budgetary Control reprimands Commission

The European Parliament is today debating the controversial contracts that the Commission has concluded with numerous environmental NGOs. The head of the Committee on Budgetary Control accuses the Commission of being slow to clarify the events.
