After phone call between Trump and Putin: Zelenskiy wants high-level talks

The third official phone call between US President Donald Trump and Kremlin ruler Vladimir Putin lasted over two hours. Trump was very optimistic afterwards. However, Moscow's actions to date leave little room for optimism.
