Giving climate action and biodiversity protection constitutional status

The next Conference on Biological Diversity (COP16) starts in Colombia on Oct. 21. At the start of the conference, researcher and IPCC author Hans-Otto Pörtner calls for climate and biodiversity protection to be given constitutional status.
