NCQG: Vulnerable countries only see industrialized countries as responsible

At COP29, the EU states are demanding that rich emerging countries also contribute to climate financing alongside the developed countries. The countries most affected by climate change sense a diversionary tactic and are also demanding clear commitments from Europe.
