Mittelplate: New lawsuit against oil platform in the Wadden Sea

The environmental organization Deutsche Umwelthilfe has filed a new lawsuit against the Mittelplate oil platform in the Wadden Sea in Schleswig-Holstein. It argues that an FFH impact assessment would also have been necessary there.
