Fossil energies: Three times more lawsuits against oil, gas and coal companies

The number of climate lawsuits against big oil, gas and coal producers is growing. The aim is for them to compensate for climate damage, refrain from supposedly misleading advertising or reduce their emissions. In Germany, DUH draws a positive interim assessment of its lawsuits.
