ExxonMobil: Why the lawsuit against climate shareholders was dismissed

On Monday, a US judge dismissed a lawsuit by oil giant ExxonMobil against the activist group Arjuna Capital. At ExxonMobil's annual general meeting, the group wanted to persuade the company to do more for the climate – without success.
