EU Environment Agency: Europe is not prepared for 'catastrophic' climate risks

Europe faces climate risks of "catastrophic" proportions. So far, the continent is not adequately prepared for this, warns the EU Environment Agency, urging policymakers to take action, for example, regarding insurance coverage for climate damage.
