Climate Change Act: Alliance threatens to take legal action before the Federal Constitutional Court

A broad alliance of various environmental associations has announced that it will file several constitutional complaints against Germany's new Climate Change Act, among other things, because the amendment violates the Federal Constitutional Court's climate resolution from 2021. Private individuals can also join the lawsuit.
