Many hurdles on the way to a greener World Bank

The transformation of the World Bank into a climate-friendly transformation bank is the main topic at the annual meeting of the IMF and World Bank in Marrakech (Oct. 9–15). This new task will significantly increase the World Bank's capital needs. But important questions remain unanswered.
