US tariffs: How China's Ministry of Commerce wants to help exporters

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has announced a series of political measures to boost Chinese foreign trade. This is the Ministry's response to US President-elect Donald Trump's threat to impose tariffs of over 60 percent on all Chinese goods.
