Ukraine war: Why the EU adds 19 Chinese companies to its sanctions list

After weeks of delay, the EU countries have approved a new sanctions package against Russia. It adds 19 Chinese companies to the existing EU sanctions list. Some are accused of doing business with the Wagner Group.
