Indo-Pacific: Chinese carrier Liaoning spotted 24 nautical miles off Japanese coast

The Chinese aircraft carrier "Liaoning" entered Japan's neighboring waters on Wednesday. Tokyo described the incident to Beijing as "completely unacceptable".
