Car market: BYD presents new charging system and considers plant in Germany.

The Chinese EV manufacturer BYD has unveiled an ultra-fast charging system designed to charge EVs ten times faster than its competitor Tesla. BYD is also considering a third European plant in Germany to strengthen its market presence.
