The Chinese data security law – more security or more challenge?
The Chinese Data Security Law (DSL) came into force on 1 September 2021. It sets new standards, as it applies both to German companies with operations in China and to German subsidiaries of Chinese companies. Accordingly, there is a lot to consider.
