USA: Chinese capital becomes categorical security risk

US President Donald Trump has closed several entry points for Chinese investments in the United States. Digital technologies, dual-use goods, raw materials and critical infrastructure in America are to be hermetically sealed off from Chinese capital. This is likely to have significant consequences for the EU.
