Beijing's difficult shift away from zero-Covid

China relaxed its Covid rules only a week ago. But after the first Covid death in six months, a minor lockdown is being imposed on Beijing again. Doctors warn that it is too early for an opening. Unlike in other countries, not enough of the elderly are vaccinated in the People's Republic.
