EU-Schadstoff-Strategie: CEP warnt vor Doppelbelastungen

Die neue Schadstoff-Strategie der EU könne zu einer bürokratischen Doppelregulierung im Umwelt- und Klimaschutz führen und erhebliche Kostenbelastungen verursachen. Davor warnt das Centrum für Europäische Politik (cep) in einer Analyse, die am Dienstag veröffentlicht wird und Europe.Table vorab vorlag. Die EU-Kommission sollte genauer zwischen dem nicht erreichbaren Ziel einer „schadstofffreien“ und einer „schadstoffarmen“ Umwelt differenzieren.
