AI Safety Summit: AI developers to have their systems independently tested

On the second day of the AI Safety Summit in the UK, leading artificial intelligence (AI) developers have agreed with governments to have new models independently tested before they hit the market. This is aimed at better managing the risks associated with rapidly advancing technology.
