Capital Markets Union: Noyer report calls for label for European savings product

Former French National Bank President Christian Noyer wrote a report on the Capital Markets Union on behalf of Bruno Le Maire. Specifically, he proposes a European investment product, centralized market supervision and a stronger securitization market.
