EU court confirms billion-dollar fine against Google

Back in 2018, the Commission fined Google €4.34 billion. Google took legal action against the fine and lost. The court reduced the fine only slightly. The court's decision strengthens the Commission's back for the implementation of the DMA, says an expert.
