AI Pact: almost 100 organizations involved

Almost 100 organizations are prepared to implement the rules of the AI Act earlier than required. In order to join the AI Pact, they are making a corresponding declaration. The kick-off event is planned for September 25.

CO2 fleet limits: industry wants suspension by state of emergency

European car manufacturers could face fines of €15 billion. In 2025, stricter EU CO2 fleet limits will come into force, which all manufacturers will fail to meet, with the exception of BMW and Stellantis. The industry wants to persuade the Commission to amend the law.
