Human rights: UN Special Rapporteur urges rapid defossilization of the global economy

Serious and widespread human rights violations, combined with decades of inaction, are now forcing a swift exit, says Elisa Morgera. In a few days, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights will publish an expert opinion on the subject.
